Default layer order

As CasparCG is layer based, multiple layers are set in client for each kind of graphic type (event)

Default layer numbers:

1	Main playlist layer	global, can be modified in setting
10	Template layer	can be modified in command
100	Injection layer	can be modified in command
50	Logo layer	global, can be modified in setting
80	Subtitles layer	global, can be modified in setting
120	Audio background layer	can be modified in command

Reserved special layers, do not use them: 222 and 223
